Quilting Hands offers classes for Quilters of all skill levels. Our teachers are very experienced and love to share their wealth of knowledge with students.

SHAMROCK PAPER PIECING

THE LANGUAGE OF COLOR & DESIGN
This class meets once a month for 13 months the 3rd Saturday of each month through March 2011
1st session is Saturday, March 20th – 10:00– 1:00
Instructor:  Heather Thomas
Cost:  $260.00 (Students must pay in full for the entire class – no refunds for missed classes)
Whether you are a traditional quilter or a contemporary mixed media artist, harnessing the power of color and the dexterity of design will improve what you create and make the process more enjoyable.  For those of you who are ready to step out and delve deep into your creativity, this class can be a life/art changing experience.  This class includes in depth study of classic color and design theory using a “show and tell” model.  Each month, Heather will introduce a new concept with lots of samples, then class members will spend a month exploring the new lesson and bring their projects the following month for group discussion.  This class is for anyone who is dedicated to becoming more creative regardless of skill level!
